Frequently asked questions.

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit locks in your date, along with a signed contract.

  • We have an incredible team of back up photographers and videographers that can step in at any point. We will still take care of all the editing.

  • We give all ‘good’ photos. We don’t cap it or limit it. We approximate 80 per hour with one photographer, and 100 per hour with two. We average at giving anywhere between 600 & 1000 photos per wedding. Basically, there more there is to photograph (guests numbers, bridal party size, hours), the more you’ll get.

  • 95% of the time, during the reception we will give you sneak peaks. If the timeline allows! Otherwise you will receive some early the next morning.

We think real moments are the best ones. Our style is about getting real honest emotions, and natural photos. Of course we will step in where you need a little guidance or help, but we do our very best to make sure you feel comfortable and forget the camera as much as possible. Pretty much every couple we meet says ‘we don’t photograph well’ or ‘we hate being in photos’, and yet they walk away feeling confident and loving the photos! Our style is more about getting you interacting with each other, rather than fabricating a formally posed moment. Our goal is to capture all that your story is. We hope that your eyes catch the spirit of our work and that your heart catches the value and meaning within the photos.
